First, you are going to need some software. You will need the special downloading software. Plus, you will need to install a lot of Codecs. Codecs are a way of compressing movies so they will download quicker. Unfortunatly, there are many different Codecs and you have to go to many different websites to download them, if you can find them.

Once you have installed all the Codecs on your computer, you will be able to watch your downloaded movie on your computer. If you want to watch your downloaded movie on your TV, you are going to also need conversion software to convert the movie so it can be burnt to a CD or DVD to play on your DVD player.

I ended up joining a paid membership site called the Free Movies Homepage. They had all the Codecs and conversion software I needed in one place, plus there support staff were able to teach a dummy like me how to use the software. Once you know how, it's easy to do, but I would never have been able to figure it all out without there help.
